Plugins for automating citations, etc. with reference management tools, etc.

There are "plugins" or "add ons" that can be downloaded and installed in key word processing programs. The programs in the list at the left are some of those programs.  You can download these "plugins" or "add ons"  by using the directions at a given reference manger program site (e.g., RefWorks, Mendeley, Zotero).  For example, you may register for RefWorks (free at KSU), and then log in.  After you log in you click on Tools, and then see "Write-N-Cite" that you click on for download and install directions, etc. Write-N-Cite is the "add on" used with Word.
