Illustration of a ghost saying "Boo!"Filmstrip iconIf you have access to a projector and a window, we have a cool Halloween trick for you! All you need is a frosted shower curtain and a spooky animated clip. Tape your shower curtain across the window, set up your projector inside the room and point it at the window. Shut off any overhead lights and start up your animated clip. It's best to have the animation saved onto your computer so that you can set it to play on repeat. Most players like Quicktime or Windows Media Player have the option to loop.

Want a live sample of how this looks? Attend the Kent State University Libraries Haunted Library Halloween Party this Friday (October 30, 2015) between 9 p.m. & midnight to see for yourself!
