Screen Modes in InDesign

by Hilary Kennedy on 2016-09-21T09:00:00-04:00 | 0 Comments

When working in InDesign, it's helpful at times to step back and take a good look at your design. Before doing so, switch your screen mode to either Preview or Presentation under the View menu. Preview Mode hides the pasteboard and all non-printing objects (guides, frame edges, etc.). Presentation mode goes even further, displaying only your design full screen on a black background. To quickly toggle in and out of the modes, click the W key for Preview and Shift+W for Presentation.
