For InDesign users who are working on a multi-part design project, did you know that you can manage multiple page sizes in one document? This feature is available through newer versions of InDesign (CS5 and on), using the Page Tool. You still can set the common page size for the document under the File > Document Setup menu, but for making custom sizes for specific pages simply navigate to the page and click on the Page Tool icon in the lefthand toolbar. Then from the options along the top toolbar, set the custom dimensions.
