To help save on ink try printing in grayscale (black & white) as often as possible. It’s as easy as checking a box in your printer menu marked Print Colors in Gray (i.e. “Grayscale Printing”). However, the trick is in actually FINDING this hidden setting! On a Mac it is under the printer’s Quality/Media section (i.e. “Quality/Color”). On a Windows machine it is hidden within the printer’s preferences. First look for a button in the print menu labeled Options (i.e. “Properties”). Then find the checkbox under the Color tab (or an equivalent section).
