Do you ever open multiple tabs in your web browser, only to have an auto-play video start blaring through your speakers while you scramble to silence the culprit? Newer browsers such as Chrome, Firefox and Safari have now started displaying a speaker icon on the tab that is playing the video. In Firefox and Safari you can even click on the tab's speaker icon to silence it!
