If you are an iPhone, iPad or iPod user who is annoyed with the auto-syncing feature of iTunes, you are not alone! Whatever your reason, be relieved to know that the auto-sync feature is easy to disable. Before plugging in your device, open iTunes preferences and click on the Devices tab. Check the box next to “Prevent iPods, iPhones, and iPads from syncing automatically” then click OK to apply.
