This week's tip was given to us by our friends from Kent State's Tech Help team. Did you know that you can use Microsoft Word to create an editable transcription of an audio recording? Using your Microsoft Word on the web (logged into Microsoft 365), there's a feature hidden under the "Dictate" button - "Transcribe" - where you can choose to either upload an audio file from your computer or even record on the spot, directly into the program. Once recorded or uploaded you can review and revise the transcript before adding to your document. Pretty awesome! For further instructions check out Microsoft's support page on the topic.
