In our current political climate we each bear the responsibility of weeding out misinformation. If you see a post on Facebook that is untrue or harmful in some way, do your part and report it. To do so, simply click the 3 dots in the corner of the post (in the top right corner on the current version of the app), then from the menu choose “Find support or report post”. The next screen asks you to identify the issue with the post - for example, False News, Harassment or Hate Speech. Once selected, click “Next” to submit. It’s also worth noting that the same 3 dots on the post also give you the option to block or unfollow the person who posted, should you feel so inclined.
