Maintenance Request

Go to: https://intra.library.kent.edu and log in with your KSU ID and password.

NOTE: if there is IMMEDIATE DANGER, elevator stuck, exposed wires, flooding, CONTACT 2-2345.

Click on the "TOOLS" tab

Locate in the list and click on "Maintenance Request"

 

Fill in as much information, location, and time of problem as possible.  If reported by someone, obtain their contact information if they wish to be notified of a resolution.
