Donald Erb Music Collection: Finding Items in the Collection

Searching for Scores & Parts

  1. Open KentLINK.
  2. Click on "Title" tab and enter "Donald Erb music collection."  "Submit."

  3. To limit by title, click "Limit/Sort Search." Select "Words in the TITLE" from the first dropdown. Type title of composition/work (e.g. Diversion for Two).

    Click Limit/Sort button near top of screen  After directions to "Limit your search by one or more of the following" choose "Words in the Title" from drop-down menu and type work title.
     
    1. Optional: To limit results list to only music scores, choose "Music Score" from the "Material Type" dropdown menu OR to limit results list to only sound recordings, choose desired format from the "Audio" dropdown.

      To limit by format, choose "Music Score" from the "Material Type" dropdown menu
       
  4. Click "Submit."
  5. Note the call number.

    Write down the call number to locate item on the shelf. To request help, visit the Performing Arts Library desk.
