If you are off campus, you must log into Naxos Music Library through a Kent State University Libraries webpage, like the Listen to Music Online page, in order for you to be recognized as a Kent State University student or employee.
If you try to open the website from a bookmark or a search engine, you will not be recognized as a Kent State University student or employee and may be asked to log in (but your FlashLine username and password won't work) or you may be asked to create an account and pay for a subscription to the database. But don't pay for a subscription, because as a Kent student or employee you have free access to Naxos Music Library! For more information on using library online resources when you are not on campus, visit our page on how to connect from off-campus.
If you have logged into Naxos through the University Libraries website but you are still having trouble opening the database, try clearing your browser's cache/cookies (Instructions for Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Safari)

Try opening the database in another browser. We have heard some complaints about the database not opening or working well in Google Chrome, so we recommend trying Firefox or another browser until you find one that works.
If you haven't already, you will need to create an account to log into the app. Visit the Free Mobile Apps page for instructions on how to create a Naxos Music Library account.
