• AAVSB (American Association of Veterinary State Boards)- The mission of the AAVSB is to provide quality resources and information for veterinary regulatory agencies and allied groups in the interest of public protection.  The AAVSB's vision is to inspire active participation of all veterinary regulatory agencies in North America and to be their collective voice.  The values of the AAVSB include responsive resourceful service while striving for continuous quality improvement.

• American Veterinary Medical Foundation- Professional development, resources, student resources, advocacy and more can be found at the AVMF.

• Veterinary Organizations and Associations Directory- List of national and international veterinary associations.

• World Veterinary Association- To assure and promote animal health, animal welfare and public health globally. This is done through developing and advancing veterinary medicine and veterinary profession.

• NAVTA -The mission of NAVTA is to represent and promote the profession of veterinary technology. NAVTA provides direction, education, support and coordination for its members and works with other allied professional organizations for the competent care and humane treatment of animals.

• VSPN- List of Professional Networks for Veterinary Technicians - this provides a list of several professional organizations, message boards and networks for the promotion of the Veterinary Technician field.
