The citation indexes allow you to search via the Web of Science (ISI) journals to locate any items that have cited your work. This now includes conference proceedings and presentations as well.
You can use Ulrich's to see which research database index the journals you publish in. This can show how widely your research is made available.
Scopus
Scopus is a database that gives author and journal ranking analysis. It works in a similar way to ISI Web of Science and its Citation Indexes. While Scopus does cover many journals that ISI does not, the strongest coverage in the sciences. Scopus uses its H index as a measure of citations for journals and authors.
