Please join us as we celebrate Constitution Day 2014 on Wednesday, September 17. Bill Bon will be joining us for a reading of the Constitution, by our volunteers (sign up to volunteer). Following the reading, Bon will give a lecture on labor unions and the Constitution.

On May 24, 2005, the U.S. Department of Education announced that all educational institutions receiving Federal funds will be required to hold an educational program on the United States Constitution on September 17 for the students, served by the educational institution. Kent State University will honor this mandate by holding a public reading of the Constitution in addition to bringing in a guest lecturer who will discuss issues relevant to the Constitution.
