Basic Information

This guide is designed to help you with your assignments for Theory and Research in Teaching (C&I 87000).  Conducting historical research is a little different than conducting traditional research. For this class you will select a topic and trace its development over time taking into consideration the political and cultural climates. In addition to the historical analysis of literature you also have to give a presentation on a foundational thinker who has influenced research in teaching. The library can assist you with finding resources for both of these assignments.

Across the top of the guilde you will see different tabs. Each tab contains information on that particular topic. For example the APA tab  has lots of information about using APA Citation Style. Remember if you have any questions you can always contact me. Good luck!
