The database is freely available to the public via the Internet.
The System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) is a Canadian mandatory document filing and retrieval system for all Canadian public companies. SEDAR is operated by the Canadian Securities Administrators, a coordinating body comprising the 13 Canadian provincial and territorial securities commissions.
