REGISTER TO VOTE USING AN ON-CAMPUS ADDRESS
To register to vote using your residence hall address:
2. Provide all of the needed information (Below is an example of the form with the fields that need to be completed highlighted.)
3. For the address field - USE the NAME of YOUR RESIDENCE HALL. Do not use the mailing address of the residence hall.
4. For the additional address field - USE: 1375 Eastway Drive, Kent OH 44243
5. Once you have completed the form, print it out, then sign it.
6. Submit your form (in person or by mail) to the Portage County Board of Elections. It must be received prior to the Ohio voter registration deadline.
