Tax Forms and Tax Assistance: Accessing 1098-T and W-2 Forms in FlashLine

Accessing 1098-T Forms in FlashLine

Instructions:

  1. Log in to FlashLine.
  2. Click on the Student dashboard.
  3. Under the Finances submenu, click Tuition Tax Forms.
  4. At the bottom of the screen, click on 1098-T (Tuition Statement for Taxes). 
  5. Type in the year 2018 and click Submit.
  6. The 1098-T form will appear.

Accessing W-2 Forms in FlashLine

Instructions for Kent State employees to access their W-2 forms online:

  1. Log in to FlashLine.
  2. Click on the Employee bar to expand it.
  3. Click on the My Earnings & Benefit Elections box, click Tax Forms.
  4. In the primary screen at the top, click Tax Forms.
  5. Click W-2 Wage and Tax Statement.
  6. Follow the instructions on screen for a printable copy of the W-2.
