Need access to electronic materials from home?

Off-campus (or remote) access to the University Libraries’ electronic resources is provided through a service known as KSU Proxy. When you attempt to access library content from off campus, you’re prompted  to enter your FlashLine username and password after which you’re connected. It’s that easy.

Criteria for Selecting an Article

Your criteria for selecting an article should be from a newspaper, journal or magazine that is peer reviewed and carefully edited. No web pages will be accepted. Use one or more of the research databases noted below.

Article Selection Reminders

  • Articles selected must deal with some aspect of haunted houses or hauntings. This includes analyzing a fictional or film approach. It should be on a subtopic you find personally interesting.
  • Information must be less than ten years old, preferably less than 5 years old.
  • Selected article must be at least 1,000 words long. 
  • Cannot be an Op Ed, editorial, review (includes movie reviews), or other "opinion" articles.
