Walk-in Help

Walk-in help is available at the library's two service desks on the first floor.  Each desk has dedicated staff ready to answer your questions.  The service desks are staffed during regular library hours.

Users may call the library's main number 330-244-3330 to ask circulation, reference and operational questions. 

Chat

Chat is provided by both Kent Stark librarians as well as other librarians in the KSU system. During hours that our campus librarians are available to chat, look for the drop-down menu to select Stark Campus librarians.  The chat box (like the one to the right)  is embedded throughout the library's website.

Users can expect a reply within 24hrs during the normally staffed week and 48hrs on weekends.  Please contact ksustarklibrary@gmail.com with your research needs.

Research Appointment

Research appointments are available from Stark Campus librarians. Librarians will assist users to identify and find relevant resources for research projects and papers.   Fill-out the research appointment form to schedule a consultation.
