The Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature is the best research tool for occupational therapy topics. It is the world's most comprehensive nursing and allied health research database with more that 770 indexed journals and many full-text titles.
Using Multiple Ebsco Databases
When using the Ebsco Host databases you can add additional databases to your search. Select "Choose Databases" and select by clicking in the check boxes the additional databases you wish to search. Click "OK". You will now be searching multiple databases for your search terms.
NOTE: When combining multiple Ebsco Databases some limiters are lost. For example, in CINAHL the Thesaurus (MeSH) limiter is no longer present.
Quick Tips for Using CINAHL
1. Enter Search Terms
2. Uncheck the box for "keyword" searching, leave checked for MeSH thesaurus.
3. Limit to EBP (Evidence-based Practice)
4. A limited number of EBP Care Sheets
