Please use the following procedure to view room schedules for the Group Study Rooms, Media:scape Pods, and the Presentation Practice Room. You may scroll over booked hours to view information of the registered user. You may also print the schedule of the room or group of rooms by clicking on the 'print' link directly above and to the right of the calendar.
Instructions:
- Go to: https://libcal.com/login.php?iid=404
- Log in: Use the same email address and password used for the RefAnalytics statistic tool.
- Click on 'Room Booking' in upper navigation bar.
- Choose room or group of rooms: Click on the drop down menu located in the Room Booking Preview box and select the appropriate room group.
- Choose date to view: The default setting displays the current day's schedule. You may view previous days or upcoming days by selecting the date from the calendar.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE 'SETUP ROOM AVAILABILITY' SECTION!
