Dropbox

Google Drive

(KSU faculty, staff & students) Google Drive is integrated into our Kent State system, located within Flashline. In Google Drive users can create documents, presentations, spreadsheets and drawings using the varies Google tools. These files, once created, are stored on the user's Google Drive. Additionally, files can simply be uploaded directly to the Google Drive for online storage (including photos and videos).

Google Drive is also available to users with basic Gmail accounts. Login at: https://drive.google.com

Online video platform

Please note that the video platform KSUTube was replaced at the end of the fall semester 2016 with the new site Kaltura. No new uploads to KSUTube had been accepted after December 31, 2016.

Kaltura is Kent State's new video platform. All content from KSUTube was migrated to Kaltura in Fall 2016. Students and faculty can upload videos to Kaltura to share or to link to from webpages. Kaltura videos can also be password-protected and "hidden" from search engines if desired. To use, simply log in with KSU credentials and upload videos that can be shared via web link.
